Tracie Jackson is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law

 

Tracie attended the University of Cincinnati where she received a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters in Labor and Employment Relations.  She received her law degree from the University of Toledo. She has over nineteen years of litigation and federal appeal experience in various aspects of labor and employment law including state and federal claims, representing both employers and employees.  Tracie is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator with over ten years experience in employment and labor disputes in both the private and public sectors and an  Associate Municipal Court Judge with the City of Houston.

Before working at Frye, Steed, Oaks and Benavidez, Tracie was an Employment Law-Staff Attorney for the NAACP in Houston and had a private practice both in Houston and in New Orleans. She is currently an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and has previously served as a mediator for the United States Postal Service, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Louisiana State Bar Association.
